Experimental Film Virginia ‘s “An Evening of Dance Film: Taiwan” New York.
EFV has curated a selection of the best Taiwan-made films from the last ten years of the festival to present “An Evening of Dance Film: Taiwan” featuring Taiwanese artists who attended Experimental Film Virginia, as both performers and filmmakers. This special screening will be presented on three occasions to share with the public the films created thanks to the support of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office (TECRO) between 2014 and 2022.

Experimental Film Virginia (EFV) is an artist residency and festival designed to support professionals in the creation of short, dance films in a peer-supported environment. The films are produced within a unique framework of exchange, collaboration and support. The hybrid festival and artist residency was founded by Renata Sheppard in 2012.
